When did I cross the line from liking my dog to irrationally obsessing over her?

I can’t believe I’ve only had my sweet, little (but now big) baby for 3 months.

crying.

I think crying is really bizarre. Why would the body’s natural reaction to sadness be to excrete liquid from our eyes?  Not to mention, eyes are incredibly sensitive. They are irritated by almost any foreign object, even getting water in them isn’t soothing or particularly pleasant. But not tears. They are salty and warm but some how bring a feeling of relief. Its almost as if you are physically releasing the emotion, though emotion isn’t a physical thing. Crying in response to an emotion holds no known function and will never be able to solve your problems, but none the less, a good cry always leaves you feeling refreshed. Always.

terrible mood.

After Georgia moved my county court date 3 times, I finally got my case moved to state court.  I assumed I would FINALLY get this garbage sorted out on June 4th (my scheduled court date). However, my lawyers office just called and I do not have to appear in court that day because it it only my arraignment, where my lawyer will enter my plea. THEN they will schedule a day for me to appear in court, which my lawyer predicts will be about 3 months after that.

Will someone please just kill me?

Finals week is officially upon us.

May the odds be ever in your favor.
